16 Raids: when?
Bases can be raided at any time
Raids possible at any time
- There are no raid hours: a base can be attacked by day or by night.
- When the whole group is offline, the offline shield greatly reduces damage (see “The offline shield”).
- After an attack, the base goes on alert, then under seals (see “Alert & seals”).

What damages a base
17 Raids: explosives
How many charges to destroy a piece (direct hit, base online)
| Target | Plastic | Claymore | Mine | Grenade | 40 mm |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wood wall2,500 HP | 1 | 4 | 7 | 17 | 10 |

The blast
Up to 6 neighboring pieces take damage, only if the explosion can see them: nothing goes through a wall, a floor or the ground.
Offline base
The shield divides damage by up to 5 (see “The offline shield”): a metal wall can take 25 plastic explosives.
Where to find them
Plastic explosives + detonators in military and industrial areas; claymores, grenades, 40 mm grenades and firefighter axes are more common.
Quick math
door3+metal wall
behind it5=8
plastic explosives, base online. Whole group offline (shield x5): up to 40.
18 Raids: bullets & melee
Possible on wood… especially from the inside
The weak side of a wooden wall
| Bullets | Melee | Explosives | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twig | full | full | yes |
| Wood | weak | weak | yes |
| Metal | none | none | yes |
| Brick | none | none | none |
Melee tools
Every hit wears the tool down: 500 hits and it is ruined.
19 The offline shield
Your base holds up better when nobody in the group is online
How tough your base is while the whole group is asleep
Example: you play from 8 pm to midnight → at 2 am x4.7 · at 8 am x3.7 · at 6 pm x2.

Turned off if…
the base is rotting (an upkeep material is missing) or a dismantle has been started.
20 Alert & seals
A raid wakes the base up… and then protects it
During the ALERT
- No placing or building
- No upgrading or repairing
- No demolishing
- Members near the base are notified (start / end)
While SEALED (for intruders)
- All pieces invulnerable
- Doors, shutters, codes: blocked
- Storage, barrels, workbench, tents: closed
- Members' vehicles: locked
Applied if a wooden or better piece (or a locked door) was destroyed.
Who counts as “present”?
- The members
- The occupants: those who have the code to one of the base's locks (7 days)
Damage done by members and occupants does not trigger anything.
